Unit Abandonment Clean-Outs
weHAUL performs unit abandonment clean-outs only upon written confirmation from the property owner or authorized property management that a unit has been legally deemed abandoned in accordance with applicable Texas Property Code and local regulations. weHAUL does not determine abandonment status and relies solely on documentation provided by management authorizing entry and removal of contents. No services shall commence until receipt of a signed work order or abandonment authorization. Responsibility for tenant notice, abandonment determination, and lawful disposition of personal property remains with the property owner or management entity.

weHAUL provides reliable and professional valet trash pickup services for apartment communities and multi-family properties throughout the DFW area. Our service is available at an affordable rate of $7.00 per door, with a 200-door minimum per scheduled service. Our team collects properly bagged household trash from designated resident pickup areas and transports it directly to the property’s approved on-site dumpster or compactor. We focus on dependable scheduling, clean common areas, professional appearance, and consistent service. Property management receives one dependable service provider committed to keeping the community clean, organized, and presentable while helping reduce the daily workload placed on maintenance and management staff.
Starting Rate: $7.00 Per Door
Minimum: 200 Doors Per Scheduled Service

weHAUL performs eviction-related unit clean-outs only upon written authorization from the property owner or authorized property management entity. All services are conducted in compliance with applicable Texas Property Code provisions, local ordinances, and federal regulations governing post-eviction possession and disposal of tenant property. weHAUL does not initiate entry, removal, or disposal of contents until receipt of a signed work order, eviction authorization, or equivalent legal documentation confirming the property’s lawful right of possession. Responsibility for eviction status, notice requirements, and tenant compliance remains solely with the property owner or management.
