Step 1:

Prepare your track in MP3 format only (no WAV, AIFF, or links).

Step 2:

Name your file clearly — use the format: ArtistName_SongTitle.mp3.

Step 3:

Write a short email introduction (artist name, city, and style).

Step 4:

Attach only one MP3 per email (keep files under 10MB).

Step 5:

Do not send download links (Google Drive, WeTransfer, YouTube, etc. will not be reviewed).

Step 6:

In the email subject line, write: MP3 Submission – [Artist Name].

Step 7:

Include your contact info (email + phone number if available).

Step 8:

Optional: Add social media handles so A&R can find your work.

Step 9:

Double-check that the file plays properly before sending.

Step 10:
